I experienced mental health struggles for many years before making the life-changing decision to regain control of my own life. I was recommended to a local hypnotherapy service by a family member and haven’t looked back since. Initially, I had always been skeptical of therapy. To my surprise, I saw my thoughts begin to change almost instantly, and in such a short space of time, my mental health radically improved.

When I had completed my hypnotherapy sessions, I made the choice that I wanted to help others regain control of their lives in the same way hypnotherapy helped me regain control of mine.

I am a fully trained Hypnotherapist and Hypnotist with experience in offering tailor-made hypnotherapy services to my clients. My methods are simple but adaptable to anyone’s circumstances. In my work, I don’t focus on the past, as the past cannot be changed; however, you can expect to focus on the here and now to change your future.
